If you are punished
Staff can ban, mute, kick or warn people who break a server’s rules. Here is what each one means and what you can do.
The kinds of punishment
- Warning: a note on your record. It does not stop you from doing anything, but warnings add up.
- Mute: you cannot write or talk in the server for a while. A mute always ends by itself.
- Kick: you are removed from the server, but you can join again.
- Ban: you cannot join the server, or the server’s Roblox game, until it ends or is lifted. Some bans are permanent.
A punishment can be on Discord, in the server’s Roblox game, or both. Servers that run several communities together can also apply one ban on all of them.
How you find out
The bot sends you a direct message with the reason, when it ends, and an Appeal button if the server takes appeals. If you do not get messages, check that your Discord privacy settings allow direct messages from server members.
Appealing
Press Appeal in the message, or ask the server where their appeal form is. Read more in Applications and appeals.
Blacklisted from Technified
Very rarely, the Technified team blocks an account from all of Technified, for example for serious abuse. Then you cannot use the dashboard or the bot in any server. You see the reason when you sign in, and the bot tells you when you run a command.
If you think this is a mistake, contact us through the support page, with your Discord user ID.
