Get help with a ticket
A ticket is a private chat between you and the server’s staff team. Use it for questions, reports or anything you would rather not say in public.
Opening a ticket
- Find the ticket message in the server, often in a channel like #support, and press its button, for example Open a ticket. You can also type
/ticket open. - If the server asks for a reason, write a few words about what it is about.
- A new channel opens that only you and the staff can see. Explain what happened there.
Tip
Screenshots and clips help a lot. You can drop them straight into the ticket channel.
While it is open
A staff member may claim your ticket, which means they take care of it. They can also add another person to the chat if it helps. Some servers close a ticket by itself when nobody writes in it for a while.
Closing it
When everything is sorted out, press Close in the ticket or type /ticket close. Many servers keep a copy of the conversation, called a transcript, so nothing is lost.
