Discord commands

Technified’s slash commands work in every server it is in. Type / in Discord to see the ones you may use. A server can switch commands off or choose who may use them, so your list can differ from this one.

/bindingsOpen the role sync rules in the dashboard.

Who may use a command

Under Settings → Discord commands each command can be switched on or off, and given an audience:

  • Staff: Discord shows it to members with the matching Discord permission, like Ban Members for /ban.
  • Everyone (or Everyone sees it): everybody sees it in the list. For a staff command, Technified still checks the staff permission every time.
  • Administrators: only server administrators.
  • Chosen roles: only members with one of the roles you pick.
  • From a role up: members with that role or any role above it.

Good to know

Whatever the audience, a staff command always needs the matching permission from a staff role. See Staff roles and permissions. After changing commands, press Publish so Discord shows the new set.

Tip

If one of your moderators cannot see /ban, they probably lack the Discord permission Ban Members. Give the command the audience Chosen roles and pick your moderator role, and it shows up for them.
